Another related development this week - Microsoft just released their 2009 SMB Insight Report on Tuesday - and they are starting to use the terms "Cloud Computing" and "SaaS." An interesting departure as I'm used to hearing only "Software + Services" from them.

Funny aside - they reported that of all of their Cloud / SaaS / Software + Services offerings they are seeing the most interest in Silverlight.
