It will be interesting to see how technical capabilities will actually be combined, and how long it will take to see a solution combining the best of both worlds.  The technologies and even the &quot;framework&quot; to build the comp plans is very different in both solutions.  What will be even more interesting is to see how existing customers of both companies will be able to be migrated to the &quot;combined&quot; solution.
