Thought-Leadership Backed By Real-World Industry Experience

"Out-tasking", "Industry Inversion", "Software-as-a-Service". "Managed Services"

These are just some of the innovative ideas that Jeff Kaplan has originated or pioneered as a research analyst, corporate executive, strategic consultant, featured columnist and industry speaker.

THINKstrategies was founded by Kaplan -- formerly a leading industry analyst at IDC, Dataquest, and META Group, and successful senior marketing executive at InterOPS Management Solutions and International Network Services (INS) -- as the only independent strategic consulting firm dedicated to helping enterprise IT decision-makers and technology solution providers achieve their business objectives by leveraging the value of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), cloud computing and managed services.

Kaplan founded THINKstrategies to address the unprecedented IT/network management and sourcing issues facing enterprise IT executives, IT solutions providers and venture capital firms today.
Kaplan has a history of success working with clients from each of these sectors.

Kaplan also founded the

Kaplan is a senior advisor to
Triple-Tree, LLC. He also serves as a member of the On-Demand Services steering committee of the SIIA; and the chairman of the SaaS/cloud computing/managed services track of NetworkWorld's IT Roadmap and Interops. He has also served as a member of the AMR Research Board of Directors.

THINKstrategies is a supporter of the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC), PMC, an annual bike-a-thon that spans up to 190 miles across the state of Massachusetts. The PMC is a model of fundraising efficiency. In 2008, the PMC donated 100 percent of every rider-raised dollar directly to the cause. The PMC generates half of the Jimmy Fund's annual revenue and it is Dana-Farber’s single largest contributor. Some 240,000 individual contributions were made in last year’s fundraising campaign. The PMC is sponsored by the Boston Red Sox Foundation and Overstock.com. The 2009 PMC will be held on August 1 and 2. THINKstrategies' Managing Director, Jeff Kaplan, will be participating in his third ride on behalf of the PMC. For more information about the PMC, visit www.pmc.org or call 800-WE-CYCLE. To support Jeff's ride, click on the logo on the right. Thanks for your support!
